This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The central location, just across the road from the beautiful botanical gardens, is a major highlight. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a bath or kitchen sink, are complemented by the nice view, especially from the main bedroom with its comfortable single beds. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is satisfying and starts the day off right.
Noisy early morning disruptions were unavoidable but understandable in a bustling city.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is simply superb, right across from the beautiful Botanic Gardens. I couldn't believe the value for money - the prices were very reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail in the rooms was fantastic, with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom was particularly impressive, with a nice view when the blinds were closed. I couldn't fault this hotel.

The location of these apartments is absolutely perfect. They are situated right opposite the stunning Botanic Gardens, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing walk in nature. Not only that, but they are also conveniently close to everything the city has to offer. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for a self-contained stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
There was some noise from a nearby construction site, but it wasn't too overwhelming.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was so close to the Gardens and the riverbank eateries. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, with plenty of towels and blankets provided. The hotel facilities were great, including a swimming pool that was always clean and never crowded. The staff were very accommodating and made sure I had a refurbished apartment with a great view of the gardens.

The place was relatively cheap and the location was good - close to various amenities. We appreciated the security of the building and the option of being able to check-in late at night.
The apartment was in poor condition. the kitchen and bathroom were old and needed updating.
